Returns and Exchanges

We take great care to ensure our products fit well and welcome you to try on your purchase in the comfort of your home. If you’re unhappy with your selection we accept returns and exchanges that comply with our policy within 14 days of delivery.

Our returns and exchange policy

Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unused.

All tags must be attached and packaging in its original condition, including the protective hygiene seal.

Exchanges are based on availability and shipped to you free of charge.

Purchased items can only be exchanged for a different size or colour. Should you prefer an alternative style, please return your item and purchase the new piece separately at

Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process from the date we receive the item. We will refund the value of the item in your original form of payment, however original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be notified via email once the refund has taken place.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account.

Returning your purchase

Step 1: To return an item fill out the Returns Form enclosed in your order.
Step 2
: Place the item in the original shipping box or a secure, solid carton box.
Step 3
: You can return the item with a carrier of your choice. We recommend that you request a tracking number so that the carrier can refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.
